We provide a comprehensive list of services that address every aspect of swimming pool ownership and maintenance.
Showroom/ retail outlet
Our shop is open seven days a week. For additional convenience, we operate at extended hours during the summer period.
At the shop, we offer a free water analysis. We check for the levels of all basic chemicals (chlorine, pH/acid, total alkalinity/buffer, salt, etc.) as well as any other necessary tests (for example; phosphates, copper and total dissolved solids). We offer all chemicals in the shop at discounted prices, as well as special prices on equipment and parts.

Please note that we are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day and Queen's Birthday Holiday.
Regular Maintenance Services
We can provide a regularly scheduled service to your pool to ensure it always looks its very best. Our regular services include:
- Full water test and balance. We test for all necessary chemical levels and balance the pool accordingly. If you do not have the required chemicals our servicemen can supply them.
- Full Equipment Check. We conduct a full inspection of all pumps, filters, chlorinators, automatic pool cleaners, exposed plumbing and onsite cleaning equipment. If anything is broken we will repair immediately or provide a free quote for large repairs.
- Emptying all skimmer and pump baskets.
- Backwashing sand filter or cleaning filter cartridge. We also replace diatomaceous earth if required.
- Cleaning of salt cell or chlorinator injection point
- Removal of surface and suspended debris. We also brush down the walls, steps and swim-out area (if applicable). We can also conduct a full manual vacuum of the pool for a small additional fee.
- A full report on all maintenance conducted during the service visit.
- Priority on any non-regular (urgent) service calls.
Our standard charges are as follows:

Please be aware that all service prices are subject to a site inspection. Services outside of the Northern Beaches may incur a small levy. Let us know if you require a service schedule different to what is on offer on this page and we will organise a quote.
Non-Regular Maintenance Services
In addition to our regular services, we can also provide non-regular services. Our technicians are capable of handling any pool-related problem you may have. Whether you have a leak-related emergency or you just need the pool tidied up for a weekend party, our service staff can attend to your problem promptly and professionally.

Please be aware that services outside of the Northern Beaches may incur a small levy. In some instances we may need to remove equipment such as pumps or cleaners for further inspection. If our servicemen are unable to provide the necessary services we will organise a referral. We do not hire subcontractors for any work.
Chemical Deliveries
We can provide either regular or non-regular chemical deliveries if required. A regular chemical delivery is ideal if you have a liquid chlorine feeder. We can top up your chemical drum for you, reducing your need to handle chlorine and potentially ruin your clothes.
We offer free delivery for chemical purchases over $35.00.
Equipment Upgrades, Servicing and Renovations
We conduct free site inspections and quotes for replacing and installing pumps, filters and automatic cleaners. We also conduct free quotes for solar, gas and electric heating, pool blankets and blanket rollers. Of course, we can also quote and install plumbing and equipment for new pools.
In addition, we can also organise for quotations for all types of pool resurfacing as well as structural repairs. We work with some of the finest pool builders in Sydney, so call us if you wish for us to organise a referral.

Swimming Pool Inspection Report
